How to Report Questionable Accounting
You can report a concern to the Outside Independent Directors on the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors:
- Call the Hotline number
- Press #1 for English or press #2 for Spanish
- After the prompt, press #1 to report a concern about questionable accounting, internal accounting or auditing matters.
Please report your concern as specifically as possible in order to provide the Company and the Audit Committee with enough information to allow for a complete investigation of the issue you are reporting. The choice is yours if you wish to provide your name and contact information or prefer to remain anonymous.
How to Report Any Other Potential Violation or Concern:
