New to the Dryflo range of oil mist collectors from Donaldson is the compact, highly-efficient, mini-MMA, with market leading design and operational capabilities.
Dryflo mini-MMA is a new concept to the established Dryflo product range for the safe collection, filtration and disposal of oil mists generated during the manufacturing process. It combines collector, filter and fan in a compact, modular design, which enables it to fit neatly and directly onto machining centres or at the specific point-of-use.
The new range is suitable for operation with airflows up to 300m³/h and for the collection of oil, water soluble and synthetic coolants. Extremely efficient, the mini-MMA uses Donaldson’s operationally proven three-stage filtration system specifically engineered for mist collection. As the unit operates filtration cartridge efficiency increases.
A full selection of first stage filter, designed to suit individual application requirements depending on the coolants in use, is available for the range. The compact design makes the unit ideal for installations where space may be an issue
Maintenance and filter exchange is extremely easy resulting in low plant maintenance costs. The unit opens to fully expose the filter element facilitating easy and rapid filter exchange, with minimum downtime. A pressure differential gauge clearly indicates when filter replacement is necessary eliminating any guesswork. This ensures that operational efficiency of the unit is always high protecting the working environment from contamination by oil mist.
The mini-MMA is available as a standard unit with optional inlets and a complete selection of first stage filter options to ideally suit individual applications.

The new mini-MMA is one of a number of new model launches scheduled by Donaldson this year.
