DONALDSON SELECTS TWO COMPREHENSIVE COMMERCIAL AEROSPACE DISTRIBUTORS
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – June 15, 2009 – Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI), a leading, worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, is pleased to announce the consolidation of its commercial aerospace distribution channels.

The Donaldson Aerospace and Defense Group, which includes Western Filter and Le Bozec Filtration & Systems, added Avio-Diepen as a distributor in key regions of Europe, Middle East and Asia and Seal Dynamics in North and South America. Both distributors will offer complete aerospace air and liquid filtration product lines: Donaldson Company, Inc.(FSCM: 18265); Le Bozec Filtration & Systems (FSCM: F0218); and Western Filter (FSCM: 13520 and 14818).

This change will reduce operator procurement costs and increase product support around the world. Donaldson's Aerospace and Defense Group is launching its aerospace distribution network and new brand at International Paris Air Show, June 15-19, 2009. The exhibit, located in Hall B-Stand G73, will feature Boeing 787 products, cabin air and avionic filters, Rain Repellent as well as hydraulic, fuel, lube and oil filters. Donaldson's air and liquid filtration solutions are used on rotorcraft, as well as commercial, regional and general aviation fixed wing aircraft. Its filtration solutions protect: Main Engines; Auxiliary Power Units; Environmental Control Systems; Avionics/Electronic Equipment Bays; In Flight Entertainment Systems; Pneumatic Systems; Fuel, Hydraulic, Oil/Lube Systems and Bleed Air Systems.
