Donaldson Membranes, international experts in the manufacture of expanded mircoporous PTFE membranes, films and laminates, has developed Tetratex Release to provide unrivalled dust cake release properties – whilst offering both value for money and superior performance.

Tetratex Release is thermally stable up to (287ºC) and is manufactured from PTFE Fluropolymer resin, a chemically inert material.

Designed specifically for applications that require enhanced needlefelt surface for dust cake release, Tetratex Release delivers high particulate capture rates by limiting fine particle penetration and maintaining optimum airflow at a reduced pressure drop – resulting in extended bag life and energy savings.

As a surface filtration PTFE membrane, Tetratex Release can be applied onto a variety of substrates for pulse jet bag house applications, providing flexibility to meet the customer’s needs.
