It is essential to protect these components from environmental contaminants; Donaldson has created the ideal solution, by developing acoustical transparent venting products to provide an effective barrier to dirt, dust, hairspray, oils, perspiration and water.
In addition preventing the ingress of airborne contaminants and moisture, the acoustic vents can reduce wind noise, minimise frequency transmission loss and withstand temperature fluctuations.
Product development is carried out within our laboratories by acoustic engineers using analysis equipment. The resulting media is integrated into precision die cut and over-moulded devices.
