Donaldson provides filtration solutions for gases and liquids wherever they come into contact with the product during manufacturing, whether it be for chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, electronics, food & beverage, paint, packaging, air gas or water filtration applications. Where quality requirements are exceptionally high Donaldson has a selection of process filters which will enable you to reach maximum purity standards. For these purposes Donaldson supplies pre and sub-micro filters for liquids, sterile filters for compressed air, gases and liquids and sterile air systems. These products guarantee gases and liquids free of impurities, aggressive dirt particles, oil vapours, bacteria, viruses and hydrocarbons.

Ultrapolyplea P-PP100
The depth filter Ultrapolyplea P-PP100 removes particles from aqueous solutions, water and gases with an absolute retention rate. The Ultrapolyplea is a pleated all-polypropylene pre-filter with an absolute retention rate of between 0,45 µm and 40 µm. The filter media is non-fibre releasing and thermally welded without the use of binders or additives.

Ultrapolymem P-PF-PP
The membrane filter Ultrapolymem P-PF-PP is used for the filtration of solvents, alcohol, chemicals and gases. The Ultrapolymem filter is a pleated polypropylene filter, constructed of 100% pure polypropylene for maximum durability against chemicals in critical applications. It contains no binders or adhesives and has a rugged thermal bonded construction. The Ultrapolymem offers absolute retention rates of 0,04 µm, 0,1 µm and 0,2 µm.

Ultrateflomem P-PF-PT
The membrane filter Ultrateflomem P-PF-PT is suitable for the filtration of aggressive solvents, chemicals and gases. The Ultrateflomem filter is a pleated PTFE filter offering maximum performance and durability against chemicals in severe processing conditions. This element is manufactured exclusively by using Teflon and polypropylene. The Teflon filter media is inherently hydrophobic with a highly porous membrane structure. The Ultrateflomem offers retention rates from 0,1 µm to 1 µm. The filter is fully integrity testable and contains no binder or adhesives.

Ultradepth II P-SRF N
The sterile filter Ultradepth II P-SRF N is suitable for the filtration of compressed or process air, technical gases and vent applications. The P-SRF N is a pleated depth filter with inner and outer guard, end-caps made from stainless steel, binder-free and the three-dimensional borosilicate depth media has a large void volume of 95%. The retention rate of 99.99998% relates to 0,3 µm. The P-SRF N covers a temperature range from –20°C up to +200°C.
FDA Approval

Ultradepth II P-BE
The sterile depth filter Ultradepth II P-BE is designed for the sterile ventilation of storage tanks. The Ultradepth II is a wrapped depth filter with inner and outer guard, end-caps made from stainless steel, binder-free and the three-dimensional borosilicate depth media has a large void volume of 95%. The absolute retention rate of 99.999% relates to 0,01 µm. The Ultradepth II covers a temperature range from –20°C up to +150°C with other o-rings even up to +200°C.
FDA Approval
