Polypropylene membrane filter for air and gases
The (P)-PF-PP filter element is a pleated high performance 100 % polypropylene membrane filter. It provides the greatest assurance of filtration performance, stability and durability against chemicals even under severe process conditions. The all polypropylene filter medium is quite hydrophobic with a highly porous membrane structure. This ensures high flow rates and a high adsorption of particles during the entire service life time. The filter is suitable for the filtration of compressed air, fermentation air, technical gases and tank ventilation. The (P)-PF-PP filter element offers a cost effective alternative to PTFE membrane filters with similar performance and durability range against chemicals. The filter provides a retention rate of 0.2 µm (LRV > 7/ cm2; Brev. Diminuta).

(P)-PF-PT
PTFE membrane filter for air and gases
The (P)-PF-PT filter element is a pleated high performance PTFE membrane filter. It provides the greatest assurance of filtration performance, stability and durability against chemicals even under severe process conditions. The filter element is solely made of PTFE and polypropylene and is thermally welded. This results in an integral filter cartridge which provides maximum durability range against chemicals with minimal extractables. The PTFE filter medium is inherently hydrophobic with a highly porous membrane structure. This ensures high flow rates and a high adsorption of particles during the entire service life time. The filter offers a retention rate of 0.2 µm (LRV > 7/ cm2; Brev. diminuta).

(P)-SRF N
Pleated sterile depth filter for air and gases
The sterile filter (P)-SRF N is suitable for the filtration of compressed or process air, technical gases and vent applications. The (P)-SRF N is a pleated depth filter with inner and outer guard, end-caps made from stainless steel, and a three-dimensional, binder-free borosilicate depth media which has a large void volume of 95 %. The retention rate of 99.99998 % relates to 0.2 µm. The (P)-SRF N covers a temperature range from –20 °C up to +200 °C and can be repeatedly sterilized with steam or VPHP without any loss of integrity.

(P)-BE
Vent filter
The filter (P)-BE is a wrapped depth filter with inner and outer guard, end-caps made from stainless steel, and a three-dimensional, binder-free borosilicate depth media which has a large void volume of 95 %. The retention rate of 99.999 % relates to 0.2 µm. The (P)-BE covers a temperature range from –20 °C up to +150 °C; with other o-rings even up to +200 °C.

(P)-GSL N
Depth Filter for air and gas
The (P)-GSL N filter element consists of a regenerable pleated stainless steel filter matrix in a stainless steel cartridge and is characterized by high dirt holding capacity at low differential pressure and a high flow rate. The new mesh provides a retention of contamination down to 0,01 µm in saturated steam with an efficiency of 99,96 %. Furthermore the (P)-GSL N filter element offers the possibility of a particularly economic filtration, since the filter medium can be regenerated by ultrasonic bath or by back-flushing. The heavy-duty construction of the (P)-GSL N filter can withstand a differential pressure of up to 10 bar. In addition the filter may also be used in a temperature range of –20 °C up to 200 °C for the filtration of air, gases, steam or liquid.
