Donaldson provides filtration solutions for gases and liquids wherever they come into contact with the product during manufacturing, whether it be for chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, electronics, food & beverage, paint, packaging, air gas or water filtration applications. Where quality requirements are exceptionally high Donaldson has a selection of process filters which will enable you to reach maximum purity standards. For these purposes Donaldson supplies pre and sub-micro filters for liquids, sterile filters for compressed air, gases and liquids and sterile air systems. These products guarantee gases and liquids free of impurities, aggressive dirt particles, oil vapours, bacteria, viruses and hydrocarbons.

PF-EG
The PF-EG stainless steel housing (1.4404) for liquid filtration in sanitary quality is also available in numerous sizes for operating volume flows of 3 to 600 l/min. Depending on the version surfaces are electro-polished with a surface of under Ra 0,8 µm. A bayonet connection guarantees a fixed fit. The condensate discharge at the lowest part of the inlet and outlet both have pharma-valves. All sizes as standard with tripod. You choose from a range of pre, sterile, depth or membrane filters guaranteeing retention rates up to 0.04 µm. A selection of either clamp, flange, milk-pipe or welded ends connections are offered. Housings for higher volume flows on request. Housings in the quality Ra < 0,5 (with certificate) are available for pharmaceutical applications.

P-KG
The two part plastic P-KG housing made of talc-strengthened polypropylene, filters liquid media in maximum operating temperatures of 50 °C at 8 bar. The housing can only be used with DOE (double-open-end) filter elements. The rugged design is provided with thread connections.
