In the process technology flow rates, load capacity and lifetime are important factors for the quality of liquid filters and in the long run also influence the purchasing decisions.
At the Achema trade fair, hall 9, stand no. C6-C8, Donaldson will be presenting liquid filters, which achieve peak results for these parameters. For the operator this means: he can use filter elements, which exhibit higher flow rates with lower differential pressures. That saves operating costs, since in many cases a smaller filter housing can be selected. At the same time production reliability is very high, because the filters are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
One can also make use of these advantages, even if one does not use Donaldson filter housings, because the entire fluid filter range is supplied with a multitude of different international connection standards.
Included in the range of liquid filters Donaldson will be exhibiting at the Achema, are amongst others prefilters (PP-TF), depth filters (P-PP), absolute depth filters (P-PP 100) and membrane sterile filters (P-PF-BEV). These filter series are used for the filtration of low to medium viscous liquids, and due to their material properties are extremely suitable for use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
