Where quality requirements are exceptionally high Donaldson has a selection of process filters which will enable you to reach maximum purity standards. For these purposes Donaldson supplies pre and sub-micro filters for liquids, sterile filters for compressed air, gases and liquids and sterile air systems. These products guarantee gases and liquids free of impurities, aggressive dirt particles, oil vapours, bacteria, viruses and hydrocarbons.

Ultrex P-GS
The particle filter Ultrex P-GS is suitable for gases liquids and steam. The Ultrex consists of a regenerable filter pipe made from sintered stainless steel. The porosity level is more than 50%, which ensures high particle and dirt retention, good flow rate and low differential pressure. The heavy-duty construction can withstand a maximum differential pressure of up to 2 bar. The Ultrex offers retention rates of 1 µm, 5 µm and 25 µm. The Ultrex covers a temperature range from –20°C to 150°C, with welded end caps and special o-rings 200°C.
