DONALDSON TO CONDUCT ADVANCED PERFORMANCE AT SEMICON EUROPA 2008
New Stuttgart Trade Fair Center, Germany, 7th-9th October 2008
Donaldson Advanced Filtration will lead the show in Stuttgart with an ensemble of world-leading filtration products for the semiconductor industry in Hall 1, Stand No. 428.
Taking centre stage will be the LITHOGUARD 12, a highly efficient, small-footprint cabinet filtration system designed to remove airborne molecular acid, base, organic (VOC) and particle contamination in DUV, 193nm and immersion semiconductor processing.
Configured with 12 BSMmax filters in a 6x2 series, LITHOGUARD-12 maximizes overall media utilisation, resulting in higher filtration efficiency and increased capacity compared to previous LITHOGUARD systems.
Other highlights at the show will include the LITHOGUARD BSM max filter: P512612 (designed specifically for the LITHOGUARD 12 cabinet); the Low Offgassing ULPA Particulate filter: P513082 (); and the ChemCore filter designed for Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) filtration on minienvironments and in cleanrooms.
Also under the spotlight for 2008 are 2 POU (Point of Use) filters: the “Purgehood” filter: P510673 (cylinder, approx 100mm diameter, 320mm long); and the NPU filter: P510988 (cylinder, approximately 60mm diameter,170mm long).
Donaldson Advanced Filtration has been solving challenging problems in the semiconductor market for over 20 years, by working out how to filter AMCs from critical semiconductor manufacturing environments at the parts per billion level.
